Way2Finds is all about discoveries and that means many of the items we sell are one-of-kind or one-of-only a few. This means we take shipping and handling of merchandise very seriously, ensuring you can trust that we along with our partners will provide you the level of service you expect and deserve.
At the same time, please keep in mind because of the unique nature of the products we offer when placing an order for multiple items you may be receiving merchandise from multiple sources (but this will not affect overall shipping costs). You will be apprised of this at check out, but please recognize that delivery times may vary. In particular, our artists and makers will communicate directly with you about how best to ship your items.
Overnight shipping is currently unavailable. We are sorry but we cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time, nor can we ship to P.O. boxes.
After your order is placed you will receive a purchase confirmation email; this will be followed by information on an estimated timeframe for delivery.
We sincerely hope you will love your purchases from Way2Finds. However if your purchase is damaged, defective or incorrect please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receipt. Please provide the order number in the subject line, the item received, quantity and reason for return in the email. Also please attach a photo showing the problem area and/or incorrect merchandise (if applicable). At that time a return authorization code will be issued to be included with your package along with a downloadable, printable return label; returns must be received back in Way2Finds’ offices within 10 days from when your return authorization code is issued. There may be exceptions with our Artists and Makers, including no returns policy for some, and if so you will be notified of these at the time of purchase. From time to time certain other items may be sold with a no return policy, but that will be clearly indicated on the item description.

Once your return is received and verified your refund will be processed. This credit may take up to 7 days to appear on your credit card or PayPal account. In rare situations where a promotion was applied to the sale price, the amount refunded will reflect this.
